Shipping and Returns
All refund requests must be initiated within 30 days from the receipt of the product. Return requests after this date will not be processed.
Please submit your return requested to our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org Make sure to include your name, order number, part number being returned, quantity being returned, and reason for the return. Our customer service team will get back to you within 1 business day regarding next steps for your return request.
Safety N95 Masks, Safety Respirator Masks, Safety Particulate Respirator Masks, and Surgical Masks are consumables we will not accept returns for this items. Please note once your order ships, we are unable to process cancellation.
While we want each and every customer to have the best product for their application, we will not be able to accept the return of sterile items or used products. If you have a question about any of our lab supplies, please contact our technical support team via chat, phone, or email so that we can help serve you.
If you have not used your purchased item, and wish initiate a return, our customer service team will provide a the return shipping address for your order as well as return shipping instructions. The cost to ship the product back to the warehouse will not be covered by Lab Genome, but please let us know if you have any questions regarding shipment methods and carriers. Once the product is received, inspected, and approved for refund, we will refund your initial form of payment less restocking fee of 15-30% for the product based on manufacturer policy.
Lab Genome ships both domestically and internationally. For an international shipment quote, please call our customer service team. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
